LVP looks like wood planks, LVT resembles stone or ceramic tile, and sheet vinyl comes in large rolls for quick coverage. 

Most laminate is water-resistant, not waterproof. However, we do offer select waterproof laminate styles ideal for kitchens or basements. 

In many cases, yes! It can be installed over tile or vinyl as long as the surface is flat and secure. 

Laminate is built with a protective wear layer that resists scratches, especially compared to real hardwood—making it a great choice for homes with pets or kids. 

Laminate is easy to maintain. Just sweep regularly and use a damp (not wet) mop with a cleaner approved for laminate surfaces. 

Both offer great durability, but laminate has a rigid core and is often chosen for its authentic wood-like texture. LVP is typically more water-resistant.
