Went looking for carpet and bathroom flooring in August 2021. I knew the minute I walked into Albright's that this would be the place I would purchase from. The minute I walked in the door I was greeting by an older gentleman that was very helpful. I explained that I had an adult disabled daughter in a wheelchair and needed carpet that would hold up to that, and also to be soft enough for her to crawl on. But I also have 2 dogs that it needs to stand up to. He took me into the warehouse and explained all types of carpet to me. I was thinking of going with berber carpet, but he explained the downside of that with dogs, etc. I finally found the perfect carpet. Then he took me to see flooring for my master bath. I asked a million questions and he was so very patient with me. I took samples home to decide and came back the same day to place my order. It was all installed 2 weeks later. I received several phone calls to keep me in the loop on times, etc. 4 men showed up at 10 a.m., the exact time they said they would be there. It took them 6.5 hours to pull out old flooring and install the new. They did such an AWESOME job! They were very professional. I highly recommend Albright's Flooring. They made the whole process so easy and painless!

We have lived in the Lilburn/Snellville area since 1996. Our home is built on a slab. In 2003 we put down a floating engineered wood floor. The company that installed the floor tried to level the low areas of the slab (prior to floor installation), but it didn't quite work as planned. Fast forward almost 20 years and we needed to redo the floor due to fading and wear. We visited several showrooms and big box stores in Gwinnett County and settled on Albright's Flooring in Loganville. Over the course of several weeks we met Chuck, Jessica and Joey. We took samples back and forth every three or four days. We picked an LVP product (Shaw Industries) and set up the installation. We knew we were going to need to have the slab leveled. That was a major expense, but it needed to be done. The company that did the work was fantastic. The old floor was taken up on a Tuesday. The slab was leveled on Wednesday. The installers (Roman and Victor) started installing the LVP flooring on Thursday. They finished Friday afternoon. The finished product looks wonderful. Roman and Victor did a great job. Roman has worked for Albright's for over 20 years and it shows. He is very detailed and particular about his work. My wife and I highly recommend Albright's Flooring. When we need carpet for a bedroom we will go back to Albright's.

We used Albright's when we purchased our home in August 2015. We went by the showroom and began looking at carpet samples and felt very overwhelmed until a sales rep came out and asked if we needed any help. He introduced himself as Chuck, and we explained that we purchased a home and wanted to change out the carpet. He asked were we looking for something in particular and of course we weren't so he recommended looking at the carpet they carried in stock in their wharehouse. This made a lot more sense. In the warehouse, Albright's keeps huge rolls of carpet from builder's grade to the most high-end carpet you can purchase. It is there you can see and feel what a larger piece of carpet will look like. Chuck explained the differences in the numerous rolls of carpet and let us make a decision without any pressure. Naturally, the wife picked the most expensive carpet in the warehouse. However expensive, it is the softest, most tightly woven, durable carpet I've ever walked on. Not to mention, we had left over carpet they were able to bind the edges and create a nice living room rug. I have recommended Albright's to others in the market for flooring and would use them again. It's been a year since our carpet install and we have had no issues. The carpet has not needing stretching in any room.
